Q1. Why do small business
owners need this Program?
Because this is training with a focus on business

Q3. It this Program just another
of those work from home business opportunities?
This is not a business opportunity at all - it is the opportunity to
create and develop your own unique virtual business, whether you work from a home
office or have other premises. There are no ready made websites or templates, no
'super' search
engine optimized plug in and go packages, no expensive franchises, no lock-ins to online
website builder applications you can't get away from, no 'upsell' or hidden costs
involved.
Q4. I have less than
5 employees - how can I spare someone to take this Program?
If you have decided you want to take your business a further step to increase
sales and revenue, and that route is via the internet, then you have the option
of employing the services of a web developer to do this for you.
However, as a company, you will still need to commit time and effort to work
with the development company to define your website features and requirements,
decide on the site itself and how you want that to work, look and feel. And you

correctly. But you will need to go much further than just a website.

we have no
experience of internet business processes?

Q1. What don't you teach on this
Program?
We don't teach anything about accounts, taxes, book-keeping, premises,
equipment, computers, programming, or any 'academic' type studies that you would
find at a college or university. We believe in 'horses for courses' as
they say, and we ourselves employ the services of specialists in their own field.
We do point you in the right direction by identifying, advising and suggesting what you should do to find out
what you do need to know, and teach how sound business principles and practises
transfer to working on the web; where, when and how to apply them.
Q2. Is this just another business
course?
Absolutely not. If you want to study business in general, there are millions of
formal courses, degrees, and other levels of business and management studies
available, both online and via educational establishments. However, this
whole Program is based on sound business and marketing principles, such
as those taught on traditional academic business training courses throughout the
world at Universities, Colleges and Business Schools, except that it is totally
geared to the realities of doing business on the internet; how all the above
apply to an internet business development; and brings together the best and most
sustainable online systems, strategies and techniques that work for a truly
credible and successful internet business. This complete virtual business
development and practical type of training is not yet taught at educational
establishments, but we are working on that.
Q3. Can anyone really do this?
Yes, if you are committed and willing to work to on what you need to know to
organize and establish good business practise and standards for setting up solid

planning to fail.

training?

easy when someone shows you how. You decide what you need to know at the

to know how to do everything?

A classic example is a small business owner, who knows about the business and
industry, but knows very little about doing business on the internet. The owner
pays for a professionally designed website, and eventually realises that
the website should be used for more than just a business

scaleable for growth, and other

to follow every stage in order?
No - you can move around the stages as you wish, for whatever you need to learn

Q8. What if I already
know some of the Topics and Subjects within the Program?
It's quite probable that some participants will have some of the knowledge and

Q9. Are the Quizzes
just for fun?
No, the quizzes are
designed for you to test your knowledge and understanding of the main points for each
stage of development. So if you get the answers wrong, you can revisit the
subject area and find the right answers.
Q10. Why are there
Checklists at every stage?
The checklists are lists of tasks you will need to achieve relating to your
project and the content in each stage. They are useful for making sure you don't
forget what there is to be done, and what is outstanding.

exercise?
The exercises are not a test or exam. You do not fail or pass. They are there for you
to organize and focus on your business development, and discussion and

qualification will I have when the program is finished?
Each stage completed earns a Certificate detailing the areas of knowledge and
skills achieved, and the final Diploma of Achievement issued on completion of

You will have skills for life, especially if you keep up to date with what you
have learned, and you can pass these skills on to other people, staff, or
further develop areas of interest to become a specialist in a particular

Q2. Will this Program
help me to get a job?
The Program is designed for internet entrepreneurs who want to be their own
boss, to gain financial independence, control of their own future, and not
having a job (being employed by someone else). The word JOB generally
means "Just Over Broke". However, some Program qualifiers may find highly
paid contracts where businesses are looking for executives to direct and manage
developing the online arm of a business. Once you have done it yourself,
you may find that such an opportunity arises that appeals to you, as well as
running your own automated internet business, or you might even consider
becoming an Advisor, or Consultant to help small business, as you will have the
know-how and the whole picture.
Q3. Will this
training program eliminate the business risk?
No amount of training could ever eliminate all business risk. However,
your personal mentor will guide you and help you with feasibility and
profitability issues, market research, and all other good business practises to
help you avoid risk, and drill down to a workable micro niche. The objective is
to work on supplying a demand, rather than inventing something for which there
is no market. Even if you came up with a high risk revolutionary business
idea (perhaps a high design faddy type of product) your mentor would work with
you to research and evaluate the potential for success. If a viable target
market does not exist, and people are not looking for your product, then it will
be much more difficult to get your business off the ground, unless you already
have an established brand and a huge marketing and PR budget.
Having said that, if a participant is passionate about an idea, and wants to
pursue it, the mentor will help as much as possible, but the risk belongs
entirely with the participant, as with any business.
Q4. Do I have to achieve all 13
Certificates to gain the Diploma of Achievement?
Yes you do, otherwise you will not have achieved all that you need to know.
You will achieve each Stage Certificate once you have annotated all the subjects
learned, completed the checklist for the tasks related to that Stage, and
correctly answered all the quiz questions to test your own knowledge.
This complete Program is about self-empowerment. There is no marking system,
so the only person 'judging' your progress is you. The system records your
studies to date, in real time, and you can see where you are at any time, in the
full reporting system. Once you complete the required elements, you can
generate and print off your Stage Certificate. You can study the topics
and subjects in any Stages in any order, and the reality is that you will be
studying what you need to know at the time you need to know, rather than
sticking rigidly to a set pattern of learning.
To gain the Diploma of Achievement, you will need to have achieved all 13
Certificates and completed the 4 exercises within the cross-modular Niche
Business Development Protégé Module.
Monitoring
Progress
Q1. How will I know how
I am doing?
You will have constant feedback from your personal mentor, and the Program
provides real time reporting facilities, as well as checklists for each stage,
so that you know exactly how you are doing at any time. The checklists are
really simple action plans, to help you organize your work in logical order. It's important to
remember that the learning materials are categorized into 'byte' size topics and subjects, so
although there are hundreds of these, each one doesn't take too long.
The real time full reporting system automatically records everything you
achieve as you are working through the Program. At each stage, you can see each
element individually, exactly what you have studied, how many topics and subject
are completed or still to do, how many exercises you have completed within the
cross modular Protégé Progam, how many quiz question you have correctly
answered, what you have achieved from a Checklist, and what is still to be done.
You have a full summary of all these as well for quick reference. So you
can manage your work as you wish.
Q2. What happens if I 'Cheat'?
If you decide you are not interested in a particular topic or subject, all you
have to do is annotate the relevant page and it will show in your results that
you have studied and completed that subject. So you can 'cheat' as much as you
like. The only person losing out is you. At some later time, when you have
finished the Program, you may find that skipping subjects might not have been a
good idea.

Mentors and how do I know they are experts?
As soon as you sign up for the Program, you will be assigned one of our
Mentors, and once you log into the protected site, you will find a page telling
you all about your own personal mentor, who they are, where they are and all
about their experience and expertise.
Q2. Can I choose
which mentor I want?
No, our team of mentors are all free-lance, and work with a key mentor, who will
assign the right mentor for you.
Q3. Will the Mentor
prevent me from failing?
Your mentor will help you choose an area based upon your interests, talents, and/or
expertise! Successful businesses and websites are built by people
who inject their own unique twist on their subject matter. If you don’t have a
qualified mentor guiding you, the biggest mistake you are likely to make is
choosing the wrong niche or not drilling down to a workable micro niche. Simply
put, if you get the niche selection wrong, the rest of your work will be for
nothing.
Q4. Will my mentor
contact me immediately?
As soon as you have joined the Program, the Key Mentor will be notified, and we
have procedures so that once you have your Skypename sorted, your own personal
mentor will contact you for an introductory talk. You can also find out more
about your personal mentor from the mentor's personal page inside the training
site. So if you already have a Skypename when you register, that call could be
very soon after registration.
Q5. How often will
they work with me?
Your mentor will arrange a schedule of calls with you according to your needs
and progress. In addition, you have 24/7 access to your mentor via our 1-1
secure online support system, which is exclusively for you and your mentor.
This provides you with business development communications and file transfer
facilities to your mentor, where no-one else has any access to your notes or
records, so your business secrets are 100% safe.
Q6. What
Communications will I have with my Mentor?
You will have an initial hour long introductory Skype call with your mentor. During that call the mentor will lay
out the guidelines of the program for you, and walk you through the different modules of the program online. You
will also have an opportunity to exchange information such as exactly what you want to achieve and by when.
You will also schedule all your future calls for a time that is convenient
for both of you. You will have a choice of scheduling your regular calls on
either a weekly or a bi-weekly (fortnight) basis. During those calls you will go
over what you have achieved, what obstacles occurred and how you are going to
overcome them, and discuss your goals and strategy for the following week.

communications will I have with my mentor?
You have a personal, secure
1-1 online support system, which is exclusively for you and your mentor.

communications system to the Protégé Program exercises, which are also exclusive

use Skype?
We chose Skype for various reasons. Skype is available worldwide, so it
doesn't matter where you or the mentors live, or happen to be at the time of a
call, you will be able to talk, and not be concerned with communications
infrastructures. It is also free to use on Skype to Skype
calls, so this keeps the costs of mentor fees down so that those savings are passed
to you. Skype sound quality and video communications are very good. In the
future if other reliable worldwide VOIP systems become available, we will offer

difficult to use?

conversations on Skype?

user of Skype a "digital certificate" that any user of Skype can present in

Q11. Can I have just the mentoring
without the training course and website development?
If you feel you only require the services of a personal mentor, then this
Program is not for you. The Program was created as a complete 'holistic' concept
to overcome all the problems associated with fragmentation, and the difficulties
experienced by budding internet entrepreneurs who found that a mentor programme
alone was not enough, and they needed the know-how and training to do everything
that's needed for an internet business. You can purchase private mentoring and

About Your Web Development
Q1. Will I have to write
a technical specification for my web development
Absolutely not! This Program is designed for non-technical business
people. As you work with your mentor, your knowledge accumulation will enable
you to take critical decisions about your business model and an appropriate website
design. When you are ready, all you have to do is create a list of
features and requirements, and how you want the website to 'look and feel'. We
even give you guidance on doing that. This will be passed to our professional
technical teams and designers, who will then take on the project, create the
website for you structure, design your logo and other graphics, and do whatever
is included in the particular CEO niche package you purchased.
Q2. Do I need to
locate my own hosting for my web development?
If you purchase a CEO Niche or CEO Unique package, commercial hosting is provided
for the first year, as well
as many other features included with your website development, as described with
the package details. However, if you purchase the DIY package, you are responsible
for developing your own website, and you will need hosting. It depends on
how you approach developing your website, and whether you do this yourself, or
use a website builder application which comes with hosting. We can of
course discuss hosting your website for you, and provide you with a variety of
services or back end facilities, so it will be up to you to let your mentor know
what you want to do.
Q3. What is the
difference in the 3 CEO package options?
The difference in the CEO packages and range of prices offered is related to
several factors, such as the costs of the type of website development you want,
features and facilities for the development type, the amount of work involved,
and the level of mentor support and consultancy you
will need.
All three options include
Personal Mentor support, the Super Bonus Protégé Program Module and

If you want to join the Program and already have your own website, we can
certainly discuss this with you, and let you know what we could do for you instead of
working with you to create a new business website with you. It will depend on what you want
to achieve, what new features and requirements you have, and other factors.

money - will this program tell me why?
If you already have a website, then most certainly you will learn and understand
why it isn't working for you, and you will gain the know-how for either
rectifying any problems, or you may decide to have a clean start.
Q6. My developer
didn't give me what I wanted - will this program help me get what I want
As Internet Business Consultants, we find that many clients 'struggle' to
clarify what they want, because they feel they should be able to identify what
they want in technical terms, and so they leave a lot to the web developers to
'interpret' what they mean, and find they are perhaps disappointed with the end
result. So we work with our clients to help them to be more exacting, by asking
questions and giving them examples which they can relate to and help them
decide. It is very important to iron out every query before a project begins,
so that the client knows what will be delivered, and our teams know what they
are developing. In addition, we work on the basis that each element of the
development has to be approved by the client, before we move on to the next
stage. That way, both the client and our teams know we are on the right track.
Equipment and
Other Requirements
Q1. What
equipment/hardware/software will I need?
You can work from anywhere you choose, even an internet cafe - as the Program is
entirely online, and all you need is to login. You will need access to PC or
Laptop, and access to a printer when you want to print off pages for a reference
manual, or a stage Certificate and final Diploma. Hand-held devices are not
recommended for use, as the screen sizes will make it very difficult to work
with the Program pages and interactive features.
Q2. Will I need Notebooks or Other
Working Tools?
No, the Program is entirely online and designed so that you never need to carry
pen, paper or notebooks around, you have your own exclusive online Jotter and
Roladex, which store your own personal notes and any website links you want, as
you go along. If you want to download this information, it can be generated into
an excel report format which you can save to a hard drive, remote drive, or CD.
You can also print your Jotter notes and Roladex.
Q3. How do I organise Hard Copy
Resources?
If you want to create your own manual, for offline reference or reading, you can
print the pages as you go along, and keep them for your own personal use.
However, the information is subject to copyright, so we do have rules about what
you do with the printed documents, or any of the content on the Program. If you
plan to do this, you will need to purchase a few ring binders or similar, as
there are hundreds of pages on the site.
Q4. What do I need to use Skype?
You will need to be able to talk to your mentor, via a Skype
enabled phone, a webcam device with built in microphone, or a headset. Skype is
a free download, so you will need to have access to Skype on any PC or Laptop
you use. We provide you with all the details, and about setting up your
Skype name, etc, in the Information pack. As other tested VOIP technology comes online, we will offer those
as alternatives to Skype.
Q5. Will I need
broadband?
That is entirely up to you, but a broadband connection is far superior to work
with, and it would certainly provide you with faster streaming for the video
tutorials you will be watching. It will also be quicker to download all the hundreds
of bonuses you can keep.
Time
Scales
Q1. How long Will It Take
The time the Program takes will vary from one individual to another, and will
depend on the existing background, knowledge and experience of that individual.
Your personal mentor will tailor a plan which matches your own
set talents, skills and interests, and the amount of time you have available
will be up to you, your circumstances, also how motivated and committed you are to achieving your goals. The training can be done at your own pace, whenever
time is available.
If you are starting from scratch, for instance, and know very little about
setting up a business, then you will be encouraged spend time on some of the
basics covered in Stage 1, which we call Getting Started. However, you
don't need to attend other courses or take on other learning processes as we
guide you and provide you with all the topics and subjects you need to know, so
we can fast track you through what you need to do to set up solid business

The Reality of Getting it Right
In our experience and that of our mentors, brainstorming, research and
planning for your project, and gathering together all the necessary knowledge on
which to base your decisions, can take a couple of months, if you were to spend
say, 20 hours a week. You would then have reached the stage where you have
a unique twist on your chosen theme; are ready to plan your website; know and
understand how it will work; how it should be constructed; and decide on your
logo, branding, design, colours, content, copywriting, and all the features and
requirements you have.
Time with Your Web Developers
It will take a month or so working with us as your ebusiness consultants and web developers,
to create, design, and produce you a fully functional ecommerce website, create
your customized modules at the back-end, and at each stage we ask for feedback
and approval before we move on to the next stage. That way, you can ask
for amends or changes as we go along, so that you are totally happy with your
development, and know exactly what you are getting. We are a team, working
with you, and your mentor, to ensure you have a unique and customised internet
business website that will work well to meet your goals, and give you the best
chance of long-term success.
Time For Your Content and
Optimizing
If you already have content, and can apply copywriting skills to the content,
then you will be able to surge ahead. If you don't have those skills, you
will learn them, again using our special methods and techniques for
fast-tracking. Whatever you do, will be unique. If you don't have search
engine optimization skills, you will learn those also, and what you need to do.
Time to Learn About Marketing
Then you learn about search engine marketing followed by the many ways of
internet marketing, knowing that everything else is in place with your website
that is required to make your marketing efforts work to generate traffic and
convert that traffic to sales and revenue.
If you spend more time, then you will get there quicker. If you spend less
time, it will take you longer. We have indicated what we think are
realistic time scales to each of the CEO options, based on our experience.
This is 9 months for the CEO Niche option, and 6 months for the CEO Unique and
DIY options. Some may complete in a shorter time, some may take a little longer,
and there is always the option for continued support and access to the Program.
Once again, it depends on your starting point, your existing knowledge and
skills, and
how you want to approach your project, and

Q2. University or College Student Time
Scales?
If the Program has been adopted by a University or Business College where
entrepreneurship and business courses are offered, then the time scales will
vary and depend on how the establishment have agreed to use the Program.
Some may provide it as an extra-curricular module, some may wish to merge in
stages to co-ordinate with academic studies, where they specify which modules or
stages they want you to study at a particular time, and some may opt to use it
as a plug-in at an appropriate step in their course curriculum.
Q3. What if I don't finish in the
time expected?
Most people do finish in the time expected, as they are motivated to progress
as soon as possible. But we know that sometimes, events happen in our
lives that delay progress, so we won't just shut someone off if we can help
them. There has to be a cut-off point for all online learning programs at
some stage, or we would require servers and bandwidth facilities as large as
NASA!
However, although this Program has time limitations for access, it is
possible to offer ongoing support for students who haven't quite achieved their
goals; want the continuation to further develop and grow their internet
businesses; or simply want a shoulder to lean on until they are totally
comfortable and feel they can 'go it alone'. We call
this Ongoing Support
Q4. How long and how frequently
should I set aside time for the modules?
There is no set
time for each of the modules, you work at your own pace, and according to
your requirement or desire to spend time on the learning materials. Some modules
will take longer than others, as the subjects are more detailed, and you will
need time to watch the video tutorials, then apply what you have seen to your
own project, if you have selected and are working on the 'hands on' packages.
If you are just starting up, then the Stage 1 module and working with the Niche
Business Protégé Program and your personal mentor, could take you a while to
learn and understand what we recommend you should do about building solid
foundations for your business, and then taking the time to complete those tasks.
As you progress through, you will find that the more you understand at the
start, the easier it is to move into other modules.
Q5. I am already
employed - can I join the Program part time?
Yes of course you can, the Program is entirely online, and available 24/7,
so you can work with it at your own pace. Your personal Mentor
will work with you and advise you how best to take the logical steps according
to your knowledge and skills, so that you gain the best advantage in the time
you have available. The ultimate objective of joining the Program is to
get you away from your boss, and be your own boss, so the more you can work on
the Program, the quicker that will happen.
Security and
Privacy
Q1. Who will see my
test results?
There are no 'tests' or 'exams' on this Program. We don't award marks or
percentages for anything you do. The whole concept is designed for
self-empowerment, where you work through the features we provide until you have
all the right answers, and are happy to move on to another stage. The Protégé
Program has 4 exercises which you work on with your personal mentor, and you
both agree when you are ready you move onto the next exercise. The Quizzes
are to help you test your own knowledge, and if you get the answers wrong, you
check out the subject area and find out the right answer. The Checklists
are for you to keep an overview on the tasks you need to do.
Q2. Could someone
connected with 4 All Better Business steal my business idea?
Absolutely Not! We operate under strict reciprocal Non Disclosure Agreements, as
part of our Terms and Conditions. This is a legal agreement to protect us

Q3. Who else is
watching me work?
No-one is watching you work. Your access IDs to the training site, are unique to
yourself, and are encrypted to provide you with total security. We have rules
and conditions of use for the protected site area, which we apply, and also
expect you to abide by, for your own protection and to maintain the integrity of
the system. These special conditions are all explained and included in the
Information Pack we send you when you register. We also operate under
strict reciprocal Non Disclosure Agreements. Both you and your Mentor can
see your summary progress reports, and if you are a College or University
student, your Tutor will also be able to see your progress reports, which are in

Mentors
There is a real time reporting system, which provides you with progress results
from the training stages interactivity, and your personal mentor has access to
those, in order to support, motivate and advise you as you work through the
training program, and keep you on track. However, these reports do not include
any personal business development details or the content of your Protégé Program
exercises, or any other information such as your Jotter or Roladex notes or 1-1 communications
with your mentor.
Tutors at Universities and
Colleges
If your Program has been funded by a College or University, and the Program is
an add-on or merged with your academic course studies, then your particular
course Tutors will probably have access to view your Progress Reports, so that
they can monitor how you are doing and how the Entrepreneurs Program is
'blending' with your other studies.
Q4. How secure are the Program
Systems and Servers?
All the systems are secure, and encrypted. Once you are logged in, you are 'in
session' and free to use the site as you wish. You have a personal, secure
1-1 online support system, which is exclusively for you and your mentor.
This provides you with business development communications and file transfer
facilities to your mentor, where no-one else has any access to your notes or
records, so your business secrets are 100% safe.
The whole site is protected, and cannot be accessed without registered
usernames and passwords. We advise you on making your IDs secure when we send
you the Information pack, and we operate an alert system which tells us if
someone else other than yourself, tries to access the site using your IDs.
Servers
The Program is housed on dedicated servers in one of the World's Biggest
Affinity Class A Datacenters, located in Ft Lauderdale, Florida, and is staffed

Q. Can I get funding to attend this Program?
There are a number of avenues for funding towards training, for both leadership
and management courses, and for self employment start ups, being offered by the
