Within The Entrepreneurs Internet Business Training Program is a section on customer care via the internet, including details of the most effective feedback strategies to apply to a credible internet business, and provide valuable insights about their business. To lead by example, the whole system is designed to involve students in the feedback process and contribute to ensuring that the Program meets the highest standards of delivery that can be achieved.
Student Feedback
There will be constant feedback via the Mentors, who will be aware of any areas of difficulty, errors or omissions with the Program that affect each student's progress. However, as the Program is designed to take care of everything a student needs to know and do, in logical sequence, should any negative feedback be received, then this can be rectified very quickly. This works the other way too, as students will be delighted with their progress and report this back to the Mentors.
Contact Forms Students have a Quick Contact/Topics facility, and common questions arising via this feedback method, will be fed into the FAQ section. There is also a technical contact form, so that students can report any technical issues, such as something not working or loading properly (we are working with computers after all, and things happen).
Forum Discussions The Entrepreneurs Forum is also a means for students to provide feedback from messages and discussions posted. As a community, the students will be able to discuss what they are doing, or ask a question of other students, or anything they want to talk to like-minded entrepreneurs about. This will not only provide feedback, it will also provide a network of friends or future business links for all those on the Program. Students will also be encouraged to try their advertising skills with links to their website developments, to receive their own feedback.
Stage Surveys As a student completes each stage of development, they can if they wish, complete a survey to feedback a rating for the content in each particular module. The survey is designed to achieve two objectives. One is for customer care reasons, to constantly monitor what students think about each particular stage, and the other objective is for students to form their own views on the survey form itself, to see whether they like the design, the questions, and other elements. This is also part of the business process of using surveys for market research and collecting information from customers, and is one of the strategies included in the Program.

Certificates and Diploma
Even though students will be the proud owners of a successful internet business if they follow the Program, they will have worked hard and made the commitment to achieve their goals. As they work through the Program, every module completed qualifies for an award, and these are personalized for each student. All they have to do is click on the link, and they can print off certificates to be proud of.
Look at the Certificates and Final Diploma of Achievements
Student's can access and print off an Award Certificate of Achievement for every stage of development they complete. Each Stage Certificate will list the Topics and Subjects studied. At the end of the Program, student's will have accumulated thirteen individual stage certificates, and then receive a final Entrepreneurs Program
Diploma of Achievement which includes the Niche Business Protégé Program.
