Entrepreneurs Internet Business Training Program
The Interactive CBT Training Course - Communications and Community
Personalized Communications and Mailing Facilities
When you are logged in to the Entrepreneurs Training Course private site, there are three secure server based communications systems set up for you to use, and although all of them are direct to your Personal Mentor, each has a different function, and each provides different results. The templates are already set up for you with your Mentor's and your own identification, so all you have to do is type and send. You will not need to bother with setting up or linking to a POP3 email client, or opening up another window and signing in to your own web mail. These communications are provided for you within the private site.
Firstly, the Protégé Program Communications System
Firstly, the
Protégé Program is a super bonus module within the Entrepreneurs IBT Program, and is an application in it's own right. Although the content and exercises integrate and synchronize with the Course content and the step-by-step system, this module provides management features, includes download and submission dates, control functions, progress reporting results and statistics specific to the module.
When you are on the Protégé Program and you return your assignments (exercises) for each of the four modules, there is a dedicated mail facility for this purpose. So if you have downloaded exercise one, but have not yet returned the completed exercise, then you will not be able to download exercise two. That is because your Mentor controls your access to the exercises, and will only allow you to move on when you both agree that you are truly ready, and have taken the necessary steps to move on to exercise two. You will also be able to monitor your own exercise status through the reporting system.
The content of the assignments is password protected by the system, so your business information is always private and totally safe.
You will be able to relate the exercises to your own business project, complete and return them, and then discuss the results with your Mentor. You can send attachments related to the exercises or your project as you work through the four modules. When you have completed all four exercises, then you won't need this particular communications/mailing system anymore.
Secondly, Your Exclusive Ongoing Development Communications System
Secondly, you have a one-to-one communication system for further interaction with your Personal Mentor which is called "Ongoing Development Contact". This provides a direct link between you and your mentor, where you can create a support ticket, add a subject, message, and attachment, then send. This opens a single subject thread, where you and your mentor can discuss the subject until you decide to close it. You can track your communications whenever you want.
As with the Protégé Program, the content in this communications system is password protected and private between yourself and your Mentor, so your business information is totally safe.
Thirdly, Quick Contacts/Topics Mailing
The third mail pro-forma is our customer care 'listening' device, so that we can keep on top of how students feel about the whole program; if they request additional features; or whatever they feel is relevant to how the Program works for them. The Quick Contact/Topics feature provides a form where you select the topic - which might be information, feedback, support or a question. This is for general use concerning the Program, and the enquiries will all be captured and monitored to ensure our customer care policies do just that - take care of what our customers want.
The content within these communications is captured and used to benefit all.
For instance, if you want to ask a question about something within the Course Content, or about anything within the whole Entrepreneurs Program, and you can't find the answer on the FAQ pages, you can post a Quick Contact message. Your question will be answered by the appropriate expert, and if the same question keeps cropping up, then it will be added to the FAQ to help everyone. Analyzing short and general contact queries will also help to identify any
areas which may improve the course and make it even better.
